Watching the Super Bowl! Had a great Saturday with Hope Quilters working on various mission quilt projects! Kim and I are leading the Riverside auction quilt project this year! What a blessing all the sewing, block piecing and layout that occurred this weekend! And a new angel in the group took one of the quilts home to sew the blocks into rows and sew the rows together to complete the top! God is good!
Favorite commercial so far is the bears "going for McDonalds"!

He is Risen! He is Risen Indeed!
Happy Easter! It was a wonderful, spirit-led weeknd of worship at Lutheran Church of Hope this weekend. Thank you to all the gals from Hope Quilters who helped stitch a GIANT red question mark to cotton netting for the Easter services. It took us about 7 hours to tack stitch the large red question mark to the netting, but it was dropped down to hang from the ceiling and then dropped to the floor 6 times this weekend, and it looked great every time! Way to go ladies!

This is my first time blogging on my own blog spot! How fun! My blog name is after my two wonderful children adopted from Jamaica! I hope to connect with lots of fun people! I love scrapbooking, quilting, Christian music, etc.
